You can switch from a Local Knowledge Base to a Community Knowledge Base by changing the OPENMAKE_SERVER entry and restarting the application. The Community Knowledge Base enables developers, project managers and SCM administrators to share a centralized Knowledge Base where all Workflows, Build Services, Build Methods, Dependency Directories and Workflows’ Logs and Reports are stored. This provides a single repository for the whole community to share metadata knowledge.
