Workflow monitor port assignment 11 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0&nbsp&nbsp
Hi,

I was wondering how the port number is assigned to the Workflow Monitor? Are Mojo and Meister relied on any port range specification? How are we making sure that the assigned port is not in conflict or blocked by a FW?

Thanks!

Martin,

The Workflow Monitor is assigned by default to port 58585, but you can change this through Meister or Mojo by going to Window > Preferences > Openmake > Machine. The Workflow Monitor (which used to be called the Build Manager, as you know ;D ) port value will be in the Build Manager Server Port Number field under the KB tab.

Mojo and Meister do not check to see if these ports are open before we assign them, therefore there may be conflict with other ports, or a firewall. You will have to check with the System Administrator to find out what ports are open.

Good luck,

Layne
