After upgrading to Mojo 7.2 using the instructions posted at (http://www.openmakesoftware.com/mojo-upgrade), I find that Mojo often has difficulty connecting to the KB. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I haven't been able to determine a pattern. When it does fail, I verify that the ports (58007, 58080 & 58585) have been created and are listening, though I'm still getting errors trying to connect to the Knowledge_base_.

While investigating the problem, I found errors in the Mojo Eclipse log (attached). Some errors indicate a difficulty in obtaining user information. For instance...

!MESSAGE Caught ServerInterfaceException while connecting to Knowledge _base_ Server: Method: OMClient.setUser(String,int) - Message: An error occurred while attempting to retrieve the current User, artal03's privileges.

Others show a communication error during a license check...

Method: OMClient.intializeServerInterface() - Message: Method: OMServerInterface.validateLicense() - Message: Communication error occured while validating the Openmake License. All addresses failed: communication error


The really odd thing is that after there have been failures for some time (several minutes or more), at one point or another it may start working again (during the same Mojo session). Other times it seems to be dead until I start over.

Any suggestions in diagnosing this problem?

I have also experienced this problem but worse with no connection to KBS at all. But I was able to install the Mojo 7.2 client on a second computer and connect to KBS with another user account. 7.1 did not have this problem.
