Sample Quick Start DeliverablesThe Quick Start packages provides the foundation for a solid installation of OpenMake Meister or Mojo. These consulting package involves one day of planning activities and 4 days of pilot rollout. During planning, build machines are identified, tool support and developer's work habits are discussed. The use of OpenMake Meister or Mojo is reviewed from both a centralized build use and an individual developer use to determine the best method for implementing your unique build process. Activities during these initial five days include: If implementing Meister, the pilot rollout portion of the Planning and Implementation package involves building a subset of binaries identified during the planning phase.
