OpenMake Meister Receives Jolt Nomination
OpenMake Meister receives jolt nomination in the change and configuration management category.

 

Chicago, IL–January 23, 2009– OpenMake Software, a leader in both workflow and build automation solutions, received a nomination for the 19th Jolt Awards, presented by Dr. Dobb's and SD West, in the area of change and configuration management. The Jolt Product Excellence Award recognizes technology and publications that have made a substantial impact on the software industry.   Only 5 products are nominated in 13 different categories covering books to software utilities. 

 

This marks the second nomination for OpenMake Software's products. The first nomination received by OpenMake Software was in 2006. "The Jolt Awards are all about recognizing the technology and publications that are ahead of the curve," said Jon Erickson, Editorial Director of Dr. Dobbs. "Selecting nominations for the Jolt Award provides a platform for showcasing those technologies and publications that developers should be using today."

 

The Jolt Award nomination in the category of change and configuration management is an important achievement for OpenMake Software.
